Creator Program Agreement

Version 1.14.0 — Last updated: October 12, 2026

This agreement is between you and Christian Lee, who operates MogTier ("we," "us"). It covers the MogTier Creator Program at mogtier.app: posting videos about MogTier and getting paid based on the views they get. You accept it by ticking the box before you connect an account or submit a video. If you do not agree, do not take part.

1. Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You may only connect TikTok accounts that you own and control.
  • One person per MogTier creator account. Do not share it or act for someone else.

2. What you are paid

Each approved video is paid once, based on the views it gains in the 5 days after you submit it:

Views gained in the 5 daysPayment
40,000 or more$20
250,000 or more$30
500,000 or more$50
1,000,000 or more$100

How the 5 days work:

  • Counting starts when you submit. Only the views your video gets in the 5 days after you submit it count towards your payment.
  • Counting stops 5 days after you submit. Views after that do not count towards any payment.
  • You can watch it grow. We read the view count from TikTok about every hour, and the portal shows the views counted so far. The money is set when the 5 days end, and the video can be paid from then, once it is approved and its cycle is eligible.
  • Keep your TikTok page connected until the 5 days have ended, because we read the views through that connection. If we cannot reach TikTok when the 5 days end, we use the last reading we took, and we may check it before paying.
  • Submit it as early as possible. We recommend submitting a video as soon as you upload it, so that it starts counting right away.

A video that gains under 40,000 views in its 5 days earns nothing and is denied automatically when the 5 days end. Amounts are in US dollars.

A video is only paid if all of these are true:

  1. It was posted from a TikTok account you have connected.
  2. The MogTier template is visible for at least 1.5 seconds within the first 15 seconds.
  3. We approve it in review.
  4. The cycle is eligible. Each month has two cycles, counted in European time (CET or CEST): Cycle 1 is the 1st to the 15th and Cycle 2 is the 16th to the end of the month. A video belongs to the cycle in which you submit it, so a video submitted on or after the 16th starts in Cycle 2. A cycle is eligible when at least 20% of the audience of every account that posted an approved video in that cycle comes from a tier one country (listed in the portal), shown by an audience recording you submit and that we approve:
    • Cycle 1: a check-in, from the 12th to the 15th. The check-in is required: if you do not submit it, you are not paid for that cycle, even if your videos are approved. A screen recording is accepted. Show today's date, then open TikTok, TikTok Studio, and Audience, and show the whole audience demographics screen. The check-in closes at 00:00 on the 16th. A recording sent after that counts for the next window.
    • Cycle 2: a verification, in the last 3 days of the month. You must film your phone with a second phone, showing yourself tapping through the same steps. A screen recording or an edited video is not accepted for the verification.

A video that breaks the content rules in Section 3 is at risk of not being paid.

3. Content rules

Every video you submit must:

  • Be about looks. Videos must be specifically about looksmaxxing, the blackpill, mogging, or improving how someone looks. A video that only adds looks to general content to reach a wider audience is not what the program is for and may be denied. AI-generated videos are allowed as long as they are clearly about someone's looks.
  • Be labelled as paid promotion. Turn on TikTok's Content disclosure → Paid partnership setting before posting. This is required by law (in Sweden, the Marketing Act, section 9; in the EU, the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive; in the US, the FTC's Endorsement Guides) and by TikTok's Branded Content Policy. A video without the label is at risk of not being paid.
  • Get its views honestly. Do not buy views, use bots, or inflate views in any other artificial way.
  • Be truthful about MogTier. Do not claim the App is medically accurate, scientific, objective, a diagnosis, or guaranteed to change anyone's looks, and do not show results you did not actually get.
  • Not show or rate anyone else's face without their consent.
  • Not harass, bully, or mock anyone's appearance.
  • Follow TikTok's Community Guidelines and the law where you live.
  • Stay public on your account until it has been paid.

Your account bio. TikTok lets an account add a link to its profile once it has 1,000 followers. If an account you submit videos from has 1,000 or more followers, its bio link must be https://mogtier.app, and its bio should use the text we give in the how-it-works channel of the MogTier Discord server. If the link is missing, we may restrict your payouts for that account until it is added.

4. Review, and when we do not pay

We review every submitted video. We may deny a video that breaks Section 2 or 3, and we tell you why in the portal. You can ask us to look again.

If you break this agreement:

  • A video that breaks the rules is at risk of not being paid.
  • Fraud forfeits everything unpaid. If you fake views, submit a video that is not yours, submit a false audience recording, or lie about your age, we may cancel all your unpaid earnings, remove you from the program, and ask you to pay back what we paid for the affected videos.
  • If a moderator finds that you broke these rules, you risk getting no payout for the video or for all your videos, and you may be removed from the program and blacklisted.
  • Never fake, edit, or mislead an audience recording. If we find that a check-in or verification recording is edited, false, or misleading, we take immediate action: you get no payment for the cycle it was caught in, and we may ban you, restrict your account, and blacklist you from MogTier. We may also review your other recordings more closely.
  • Repeated breaches, even without fraud, can lead to removal from the program. Earnings for approved videos in eligible cycles that followed the rules are still paid.

5. Getting paid

  • We pay by PayPal or in USDC on the Solana network, to the details you save in the portal. Check them carefully: if a payment cannot be delivered because the details are wrong, we are not responsible for the loss.
  • We pay for each cycle once it is eligible and its videos are approved. We pay as soon as we can and aim to pay about 3 days after a cycle ends, but it can take longer: the money we receive from Apple is paid on irregular dates and is sometimes late. If a payment is late, we will tell you why in the announcements channel of the MogTier Discord server.
  • Minimum payout. We pay when the amount owed to you for eligible cycles is at least $20. If it is less, it carries over and is added to your next payment.
  • Referral bonus. You can refer another creator with your personal referral link, found in the profile menu of the Creator Portal. A creator counts as referred only if they log in to the Creator Portal for the first time through your link, before they submit any video. Someone who already has an account cannot be referred. You may earn a bonus of $5 when the creator you referred has been paid for their first video and we have checked both accounts. A creator can be referred only once, only TikTok accounts count for now, and you cannot refer yourself. We decide whether a referral is genuine. Referrals exist to encourage and reward ambitious creators, so please do not abuse them: it is unfair to other creators. If we notice fake referrals, fake or extra accounts, the same person behind both accounts, or any other abuse of the system, we will take action. That can include refusing a bonus, cancelling one that has not been paid, and restricting your payouts. An approved bonus is paid together with your next payment, counts towards the minimum payout, and is shown as its own line.
  • Fees are yours. We send the amount you have earned. Any fees or charges for receiving, withdrawing, or converting a payment, whether charged by PayPal, your bank, the network, or for currency conversion, are yours and are not added on top of what we pay.
  • Payment announcements. When we pay you, we post a short notice in the payouts channel of the MogTier Discord server and send you a paycheck by direct message. Section 8 explains what they show.

6. Taxes and your status

You take part as an independent creator, not as our employee, agent, or partner. We pay you the amounts earned under Section 2 and we do not pay tax for you. It is your responsibility to declare what you earn from MogTier and to pay any income tax, social charges, VAT, or other taxes on it where you live, and we cannot give you tax advice. We do not withhold tax from your payments unless the law requires us to. We may ask for information we are legally required to collect before paying you.

7. Your videos

You make these videos to advertise MogTier, so every video you submit is ours to use. By submitting a video you give us ownership of it, and of all rights in it, to the fullest extent the law allows. Where the law does not let rights be transferred, you give us a free, worldwide, permanent, and irrevocable licence, which we may pass on to others, to do anything we want with it. This includes copying, editing, cutting, translating, posting, reposting, embedding, and using it in our own accounts, website, app, and advertising, on any platform, with or without your name, and without paying you anything beyond what Section 2 says.

You confirm that you made the video yourself and that you are allowed to give us these rights, including for any music, image, or other material in it. You agree not to object to how we use or change it. You may leave your original video posted on your own account, as Section 3 requires until it has been paid, but it is no longer yours alone.

8. Your data, and Discord announcements

How we handle your data in the program is described in the Privacy Policy, Section 9 (mogtier.app/privacy).

Public payout post. When a payment to you is marked as paid, a MogTier bot posts in the public payouts channel of the MogTier Discord server. The post shows your Discord username, the period paid (for example October 1-15), the total views of the videos paid, your place on the verified leaderboard, the amount you earned, the number of videos paid, and the payment method used (for example PayPal). It never shows your PayPal address, your wallet address, or any payment reference. Everyone who can see that channel can see the post, and Discord stores it under Discord's own terms. If a payment is undone, we post a correction under the original message.

Your paycheck. We also send you a paycheck by Discord direct message with the same figures, our payment reference, and a list of the videos paid with their views and amounts. To receive it you need to be in the MogTier Discord server and allow direct messages from server members. If your messages are closed, we may send it to you by hand instead.

By taking part you agree to these posts and messages. Questions, or a request to remove a post, go to support@mogtier.app.

9. Changes, and leaving

  • We may change this agreement or the payment rules. We will show the new version in the portal and on this page. Changes apply only to videos submitted after the change; if you submit a video after that, you accept the new version.
  • You can leave at any time. We can end your participation at any time. Either way, we still pay for approved videos in eligible cycles that followed the rules, unless Section 4 says otherwise.

10. Liability

Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the amounts you have earned and not yet been paid, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing in this agreement limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

11. Law and contact

This agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Questions: support@mogtier.app.
